Mr. Trumbo spent 20 years with a small Federal R&D contractor, working his way from the helpdesk, through software development and client management, eventually rising to a VP/GM role. There he guided several professional services divisions serving DARPA, ONR, DHS S&T and CBP.

Mr. Trumbo founded Tech Leader Solutions, LLC in 2013 to provide IT Consulting and Executive Coaching services for IT Industry Leaders, with the goal of helping people develop as leaders, keeping up with the evolving technology and teams they manage.
